A professional services firm in central Leeds are seeking a HR Advisor to support their business. Part of a wider team, you will assist stakeholders across the full generalist HR remit.
This is a mid-sized law firm working with cross-sector clients across the UK. They have a high performance culture and recruit commercially focused, highly skilled people for their business. You will join a very supportive HR team where personal development is highly encouraged and will have clear routes for progression.
Based in the city centre, you will work in conjunction with the HRBP and HR Manager to support stakeholders across the UK. In this generalist role, you will give expert advise in all areas with an emphasis on ER, be approachable in your outlook whilst managing stakeholder relationships with confidence.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have experience as a HR Advisor (or ready to step into a HRA role) in a professional services firm
Have generalist HR expertise across the full employee life-cycle
Clear experience managing complex ER casework
Have expert Employment Law knowledge
Able to work autonomously and away from the HR team in a new role
Be able to coach senior managers
Be CIPD qualified
