Chief People Officer

Oakleaf Executive are retained on a mandate to find a new CPO for a luxury retail/hospitality business.

The organisation is backed by private equity, and this role reports to the CEO.

They are looking for someone to drive the performance of the business, work through transformation and change and work with the CEO on the extensive growth plan over the next 4 years.

The organisation is international with presence in Europe, US and Asia. International experience is preferable.

The main key objectives for this role include:

Change and transformation experience - digitalisation, systems management and OD

Management and leadership development

Performance Management experience

Driving outstanding customer service internally and externally

Internal communications

Experience required

Background in customer service/consumer/retail/leisure and hospitality

International experience

Experience of driving high performing sales teams

Advanced HR Generalist experience
