Your new role
You will be joining an HR Change team on a 12 month FTC, to lead on the beginning to end cycle of the organisation-wide employee survey. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to design and develop the survey, foster an engaged culture in order to maximise on responses and in turn, interpret and present on the results. Using your problem solving skills and resilience, you will identify and mitigate any issues along the way!

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be comfortable working autonomously, in hand with possessing the confidence and credibility to work with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting to Executive level staff. It's essential that you have managed an employee survey before with the necessary project management and organisational skills.
