Role: Learning & Leadership Consultant
Location: Central London
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
My client are a leading online travel business who are looking for a new Learning & Leadership Consultant to join their London team and work closely with the Director of Learning. You will work with a large population of engineers, so a background in technology is crucial for this role.
This role will include a balanced mix of day to day design and delivery, rolling out projects and working closely with senior stakeholders. You will be supporting a global population so ideally you will have experience working with a global client group. There will also be regular travel to their Edinburgh office, so flexibility to do so is vital.
Be continuously knowledgable of innovative learning practices in the industry, considering the impact of technology on the organisation's Learning strategy and be able to recommend appropriate action
Identify learning needs and collaborate with HR partners and senior managers to understand organisational capability and implement bespoke training
Promote the ompany values through all learning resources
Drive training initiatives in key projects and processes such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent development
Manage the internal communication of L&L programmes to build awareness and understanding of all their shared learning portal
As a business they are constantly looking for ways to improve and develop, so you must also have a natural ability to do so.
