Oakleaf are currently supporting a financial services business in the city with an exciting HR Advisor position. You will be working alongside 2 HRBPs in this role and have oversight of an HR Administrator. You will be directly speaking with employees in the business advising them on HR matters.

Duties:

  • Attend meetings and produce documentation for Disciplinary, Grievance, and Capability procedures
  • Advise on flexible working requests, maternity, paternity and absence management
  • Advise employees and managers regarding employment policies and procedures
  • Have oversight of the HR London inbox, dealing with more complex queries
  • Support employee wellbeing through all business activities
  • Conduct weekly HR inductions with new joiners and having oversight of the new joiner administrative process
  • Conduct leaver interviews and escalate any issues raised to the HRBP, and have oversight of the administrative leaver process
  • Conduct end of probation meetings with all staff
  • Support the end to end recruitment process alongside business managers
  • Work with the broader HR team to ensure the effective delivery of all HR strategy objectives
  • Support changes to compensation schemes and benefits
  • Carry out ad hoc projects

Candidate requirements:

  • Significant generalist HR experience, ideally gained in a financial services or professional services environment
  • Relationship management of multiple individuals at a senior level
  • A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems
