A global asset management firm based in London is looking for a Talent & Development Manager - EMEA to join the HR team. As part of an EMEA HR team of 25 and learning team of 4, you will be responsible for driving all Talent & Development initiatives from an EMEA perspective, in a busy and varied role. Reporting in to the Head of Learning & Talent, you will work as part of a lean team to cover all areas of L&D (Talent, Learning, Projects) supported by a L&D Coordinator. You will also work closely with the US team.
You will be an accomplished Learning & Talent Specialist ideally operating in another financial services organisation. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
