A Global Asset Management organisation are looking for support with a 12 Month Maternity Cover FTC- Communications Consultant EMEA role. The role will be based in Bank/St Pauls in London City. Salary banding between £60,000-80,000, June/July start.
The role is to report to the Head of Corporate Responsibility and have responsibilities with all internal and external communications that affect people within the region, this will be communications related to organisational change, global change, corporate news and any internal or external initiatives, projects and subject matters. The role will have an engagement and D&I element to it, working closely with the Head of Corporate Responsibility with event organisation, oversee functions, CSR management and other related programmes. There is a Communications team based in the U.S however this role will essentially be standalone in London and requires somebody who is a self-starter, who is incredibly organised and self-motivated, flexible, has strong stakeholder engagement/management skills.

Responsible for the development of the EMEA communication strategy
Work closely with the business unit leaders to identify common communication needs that are relevant across the region;
Assess current capability against needs and establish communications strategy to best serve the associates;
Ensure that the EMEA strategy connects to and reinforces the firm-wide communication strategy with a regional translation when relevant
Track effectiveness of all communications activity and modify strategy as required to address gaps.
Consults with key partners (General Managers, HR, Corporate Communications, etc.) to develop messages to meet the overall objectives of the region and firm's associate communications strategy. Engages communications, marketing, and public relations peers and partners across the firm to share best practices, discuss special initiatives, align and reinforce messaging where applicable.
