Role: HR Business Partnerning
Location: Central London
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000
My client are one of the UK's largest leaders in the telecommunications space and are looking for an experienced HRBP to join their London office. This is a true generalist role, so experience in a business partnering capacity is a must.
A business who are going through high-growth means you will be looking at everything from employee engagement, retention and development across the client groups. They are a results driven business so it can often be a pressurised environment, but a relaxed one at that! They offer an incredibly supportive culture, with a HR team spread across three UK locations. Travel will be required at times.
Aside from the day to day responsibilities, you will also be able to get involved in a number of projects including organisational change and looking at their onboarding process.
Other duties include:
Looking at performance management and development
Coaching and development
Using metrics and analytics to support with the wider business strategy
Build strong relationships with management across the wider business
