I am working with a leading Retailer who have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Internal Recruiter to join their Tech recruitment team within their Head Office.
Due to a period of rapid growth, this will suit a pro-active recruiter from an agency or in-house background with experience working within high volume positions and has strong stakeholder management.
You will be responsible for;
Attract and hire great talent for the brand, with a focus on the Tech and Online space
Define and promote a positive Employer Brand through networking, social media, events and other means
Successfully deliver large scale recruitment activity projects in aggressive timeframes
Use social and professional media platforms to attract passive and active candidates, build talent pools and candidate pipelines to service future hiring needs of the business.
Build excellent relationships with hiring manager community, to fully understand their requirements, keep them up to date on progress and provide a first-class end to end service
Understand the benefits of having a diverse, multicultural business and be a representative of current diversity policies at all times
You will need
Strong expertise in the 360-recruitment delivery cycle, with the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the process
Experience within IT/ technology/ digital recruitment
Excellent professional media skills and proficient in using platforms such as LinkedIn to identify great talent
Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring all stakeholders and hiring managers are kept well informed of project progress
Niche talent "mining" skills, the ability to use Boolean and x-ray search strings
Comfortable using cloud based ATS systems and use the systems to deliver insight and analytics to the business
