HR Business Partner

Your new company
Our FMCG company is recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a stand along role in a growing HR team. This will be based at a newly acquired site in Sussex reporting directly into the HR Director.

Your new role
As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing senior managers with advice and guidance on compensation strategies, supporting with recruitment, partnering with senior managers to drive a high-performance culture, provide expert employment law advice and effective employee relation strategies and proactively manage he sickness absence of employees.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a CIPD qualification as well as acted as a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or equivalent. You must have knowledge of the rights and obligations in the employee and employer relationship and ability to adhere to legal requirements.

What you'll get in return
In return you will relieve a salary of £35,000 plus benefits, including a laptop and phone, onsite parking, standard pension and private health care.
