Your new role
The Employee Relations Advisor will join the HR team and will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on ER case management, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management and investigations. The postholder will coach mangers on ER issues, liaise with occupational health and provide all relevant written correspondence. The Employee Relations Advisor will ensure compliance with employment law, company policies & procedures, identify trends and issues, and will highlight any areas of risk. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor or ER Advisor with strong ER Case management experience gained with a fast paced environment. Candidates must have strong employment law knowledge, be well organised and have excellent communication skills.
