ER Manager - luxury healthcare

A cutting edge, award winning, healthcare organisation is looking for an ER Manager. You will be working within a friendly and collaborative HR team, and will be responsible for a wide range of ER cases, utilising your knowledge to really add value to the business. You will be building strong relationships with people at all levels, providing guidance and advice to upskill managers and working on projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to really add value to the business and own the role!

Accountabilities include:

  • Providing high quality ER advisory service to managers and HR colleagues
  • Coaching and supporting managers, providing hands on support where needed
  • End to end ownership and management of capability, disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Attending hearings and tribunals as required, including preparation and support with written correspondence
  • Producing monthly dashboards, data analysis, identifying trends and issues and proposing solutions
  • Getting involved in projects

Skills & experience

  • You must be experienced in ER and comfortable with managing complex ER cases
  • Happy to consider an HR Advisor with strong ER experience who wants to specialise
  • You must have gained this experience within private medical, luxury retail or from a large commercial organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
