Talent Coordinator - Professional Services

A top 3 global Management Consultancy are recruiting for a Talent Coordinator to join their team. This is a really busy and fast paced role and you will also have generalist responsibilities. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • End to end talent process for Consultants including pack preparation, agenda setting, meeting set up, allocation of Career Advisors, promotion coordination, setting up training as required for specific consultants needs, coordinating with resourcing

  • Providing HR knowledge and advice during the meetings and to career advisors if they face HR issues

  • Organizing and contributing to talent meetings

  • Documenting and helping to implement actions from the reviews

  • Supporting the Talent team in delivering initiatives and projects

  • Ensuring all evaluations are completed in a timely manner

  • Ownership of promotion processes

  • Working with counterparts in Europe and occasional travel to share best practice

As the Talent Coordinator you will possess:

  • Strong communications skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working within an HR team

  • Strong academics
