HR Business Partner - Accountancy

One of the world's largest Professional Services business is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Business Partnering you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Delivering an exceptional people experience and creating an environment which enables their people to thrive

  • Sitting on the leadership team of your business area, consulting and engaging with the leadership team to ensure alignment of people strategy and business strategy

  • Delivering a commercially minded approach to support the people strategy and EVP across the business

  • Delivering strategic business facing support aligned to and driving the people strategy

  • Working with CoEs to input into strategy, tools, methodologies, frameworks and approaches to support the business growth plans and continuously improve the firm's people experience

  • Coaching business leaders to develop their leadership and behavioral skills in order to drive performance and value through the firm's people

  • Having a deep understanding of the business and the external market in which it operates to enable insightful business conversations

  • Working closely with the People Services team to ensure strong delivery of the people strategy across the business

  • Responsibility for succession planning within business area

  • Collaborating with leadership on key change management projects and acting as a subject matter expert on people considerations

  • Using strong analytics capability to provide insight into the people strategy and measuring the performance of this

As the HR Business Partner, you will possess:

  • Education to degree level and CIPD qualification

  • Demonstrable previous HR Business Partnering/strategic experience c.9+ years

  • Strong technical knowledge of methods and models of all people related areas and employment law

  • Good people technology and tools background

  • Excellent insight and analytical skills to interpret data and make people and commercial based decisions

  • Excellent commercial focus to understand the client's needs

  • Project and change management experience
