Recruitment Advisor - Management Consultancy

A top global Management Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. As Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Full ownership of specific level experienced hiring

  • Ensuring pipeline is high quality and of sufficient quantity

  • Managing end-to-end recruiting processes for all applications from all sources

  • Developing further sourcing strategies to help meet growth plans

  • Driving direct sourcing methods such as using LinkedIn

  • Managing agency relationships such as briefing agencies and delivering feedback and maintaining regular contact throughout interview processes

  • Weekly CV screening and leading decisions in Experienced Hiring screening discussions

  • Scheduling candidates, preparing briefings, leading debrief discussions and communication to candidates/agencies

  • Issuing contracts and managing the offer process

  • Recruiting events and taking a lead on presentation content etc.

  • Assisting Manager and Head of Recruitment on any ad hoc requests

  • Ad hoc project work

  • Working closely with and mentoring the Junior Recruiter

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in relevant recruitment role, either in-house or agency

  • Strong skills in direct sourcing

  • Proficiency in computer literacy

  • Good stakeholder management

  • Ability to work well under pressure
