Pensions & Benefits Analyst

I am partnering with a successful Bank who have a brand-new requirement for a Benefits and Pensions Analyst to join their UK team and provide a main point of contact service for all benefits and pension related queries. This role will require you to use a commercial approach and manage the day to day liaison with benefits providers

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the day to day relationship with benefits providers

  • Working closely with the Pensions & Benefits Manager and assisting the team where applicable

  • Providing a main point of contact service for all queries relating to pensions and benefits

  • Assisting with the development and improvement of new and existing benefits

  • Using a commercial approach when supporting various Pension/Benefits projects

The ideal candidate will have Benefits and Pensions experience on an administrative level. You will have proven experience providing a main point of contact service to stakeholders as well as building and maintaining relationships and have excellent communication skills. You will be confident acting as a main point of contact to senior figures and have the ability to produce excellent levels of work while maintaining a heavy workload.
