A permanent Inhouse Recruitment Business Partner position based in Manchester. You must have had experience hiring either in an RPO capacity or an inhouse recruitment team.You will be the lead for all finance hiring in the business so an understanding of finance / insurance recruitment is a must.
As a Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for the following key remits:
* Support and guide an established team of recruiters
* Manage the candidate and the hiring manager throughout the full lifecycle process, ensuring positive experiences and high satisfaction levels
* Conduct robust requisition strategy meetings with the hiring manager at the onset of the process to set and manage expectations
* Proactively source and screen candidates, including utilising a variety of channels to establish qualified talent pools
* Incorporate market intelligence and management information to demonstrate trends and influence decision making
We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience working as an end to end hands on recruiter with onsite or recruitment experience. You will need to demonstrate a strong record of partnering with various client groups within an organisation. No agency recruiters at this time.
