Interim HR Manager role covering a maternity leave, within a retail brand.
My client is a well known retail brand who remain competitive by focussing on customer service and have an entrepeneurial and strategic directorate.
- HR Generalist role, involving but not limited to;
- Employee relations
- Compensation and Benefits
- Team management (one direct report)
- Training and development
- HR projects (employee engagement survey and many others)
- An experienced HR Generalist, comfortable working in a busy, operational HR environment
- A desire to "roll sleeves up" and take on additional responsibility where needed
- Ideally experience within the retail sector, or able to demonstrate empathy towards an incredibly fast paced, high volume ER environment
