As Head of Talent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that this complex and diverse organisation succeeds in delivering its vision through the strength of its people. You will play a key role in the creation and deployment of processes, tools and programmes which support internal talent identication. This role will also influence the central leadership, learning, assessment and talent development offers being developed, based upon the long and short term business needs.
You will be focusing on the talent development strategty to support short to mid term business requirements and prepare for long term changes as the business evolves. You will also be a vocal point of D&I activity across the IST & CBAF business.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates who have a track record of successful delivery in talent management processes and significant experience as a talent management specialist with the ability to operate as multiple levels in a global, highly networked and matrix organisation.
