I have partnered with a leading organisation within their sector to find an ER Partner to join the growing team.
The team works towards improving Employee Relations outcomes by providing expert insight and guidance, and work across a busy telephone line and email inbox.
What will you be doing:-
As an expert in either Employee Relations, Employee Policies or HR Advisory; you will be equipped to ensure managers feel supported and are empowered with best practice guidance in escalated employee relations matters.
Job Requirements -
As an expert in Employee Relations (EP/ER/HR Advisory), you also have experience of leading, coaching and motivating a high performing team.
Confident with data, you can deliver meaningful insight from the analysis and interpretation of our people data
You will be responsible for the full ER caseload within the organisation
You can draw relevant insights from information to allow you to effectively partner with HR colleagues and enable them to act upon it.
You'll have an abundance of experience in managing stakeholders balanced by a passion for driving a high performance culture
Enthusiastic about change, you will support your leadership structure on a journey of continuous improvement to up-skill people, create agile ways of working and effectively use systems.
