L&D Advisor (12 Month FTC - Mat Cover - Trainee Population)
A boutique UK law firm are looking for an L&D Advisor to join them on a 12 month FTC as a maternity cover.
Your new company
You will be joining a dedicated L&D team at a leading London law firm at their offices based in Central London.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the L&D function, specifically their trainee population throughout their full training contract. You will coordinating all training programmes both internally and externally and engaging with stakeholder across the business to assist with Learning Needs Analysis. You will review, design and improve current training programmes to ensure their technical and professional development.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced L&D Advisor who is used to supporting an L&D function in both an administrative and operational capacity. You will have a passion for L&D and have prior knowledge of blended learning approaches and managing a LMS. You must have previous experience within the legal sector and solid understanding of training contracts.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary package of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
