I am working with a leading international rail manufactures based in Central London who are looking for a permanent HR Assistant to provide an effective and efficient HR service to designated areas on the company whilst reporting into the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Being the first line support for all employee queries and providing a professional and responsive service to customers both internally and externally
Provide information to managers and staff about HR policies, procedures and processes
Support all aspects of the company HR activities such as; new starter admin, probations, references, induction, employee changes, annual salary and bonus reviews.
SAP data entry for new starters, employee changes and leavers.
Preparing monthly payroll data
Coordinate and delivery new starter induction
To be involved in staff development and training and participate in PDP procedures.
They are looking for someone who has previous HR administration experience with good understanding of HR practises and knowledge of compliance to HR legislations. You need to be confident working in a fast-paced environment and a high-pressured environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
