HR Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a construction business based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic permanent HR Business Partner opportunity. Our client is seeking a HR professional who can influence key stakeholders to increase business performance and take responsibility for HR operations as well as projects.
Provide strategic and operational support to the teams on the entire employee lifecycle to include resourcing and on-boarding, employee development and commercially driven change initiatives
Work with the Head of HR to develop the HR function to ensure that the team is meeting the strategic objectives of the firm.
Develop and sustain strong business relationships with client groups to become a trusted advisor.
Coach and support Managers and Team Leaders in their development of their people
Work with the wider business to ensure initiatives and solutions have full support ahead of implementation.
Learning and Development projects
Propose new ideas that may lead to better strategic decisions.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates who have worked in either manufacturing or construction industries previously. You must have HR Generalist experience to apply for this role.
