I have recently been appointed by a known law firm to find a brand new HR Manager. This role provides an opportunity to deliver excellent HR support from an operational standpoint, but also to truly business partner with your assigned populations (both fee-earning and business services).
With support from an extremely capable junior HR team, you will be advising and coaching stakeholders on performance cycles, the induction process, reward structures and any employee relation issues that arise. You will also have the opportunity to involve yourself in projects.
Your experience of previously working with partners will be a major benefit to my client and knowledge of life in another law firm will give you a great head start.
I will be shortlisting for this role wc 23rd April and first stage telephone interviews will be taking place wc 29th April.
