Global Law Firm are looking for a senior ER specialist to lead their ER function.

Your new role
As the Senior ER Manager you will be instrumental in establishing the firms ER dedicated function. You will work with senior stakeholders to review and improve the firms approach to employee relations, implementing a 'centre of excellence' for all ER matters. You will maintain and update existing ER policy as well as creating new processes to ensure the efficiency of the remit. You will work closely with all senior managers and in particular the L&D team to upskill and coach stakeholders in order to mitigate potential issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a specialist in employee relations with specific experience developing ER policies and procedures from scratch. You should be a credible and commercially astute, able to influence stakeholders and gain the engagement necessary to make this 'centre of excellence' a success. You should be an expert in employment legislation and have a proven track record implementing strategic ER projects.
What you'll get in return
Salary package of c. £85,000 and the opportunity to establish a new function in the firm.
