Profile

  • Core consulting skills, including project management, change management and leading parts of a large change or transformation programme
  • Good commercial mindset
  • Supporting the development of propositions and offerings for clients, and highlighting opportunities at the right time (such as regulatory driven offerings)
  • HR Operating Model design and delivery, including policy, process, HR systems and capability
  • Design and delivery of People Strategies within different organisations
  • Development and delivery of an Employee Value Proposition or the related elements of such
  • Organisation design and development
  • Good relationship management with internal colleagues and external clients, building trust quickly and adaptable to change
  • Strong at report writing, supporting the development of business cases, bid leading, supporting tenders and negotiating
  • Good knowledge, understanding and technical expertise within HR, wider people and talent
  • Working closely within teams and supporting teams to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients
