Reward Consultant - 6-9 month contract

Oakleaf Partnership are working exclusively with an exciting online technology businesses who are recruiting for an EMEA Reward specialist on a 6-9 month project role following period of growth. Working with the Head of Reward, this Reward project manager role will be to manage the harmonisation and integration of their Reward offering with an emphasis on Benefits and Compensation harminsation across head office and retail business lines for their EMEA regions. You will also be managing their Share Plans.

A proactive approach is required as you will be involved in the planning and execution of the project plan, developing proposals for the steering committee as well as the communication to and engagement of the business. You will have a delivery focused approach and be able to work to tight deadlines with experience of global Reward / benefits harmonisation within a global matrixed organisation. Share Plan involvement will include relationship management with the share plan administrator, UK tax filing, managing Employee queries and embedding good governance on areas such as 'good leavers'.
