Recruitment Systems and Reporting Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global retail organisation who are based in South West London. They are looking for a Recruitment Systems and Reporting Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a super-user of the ATS system (SAP) and ensuring that it is being utilised as efficiently as possible

  • Responding to any queries and resolving issues regarding the system

  • Training new users as required

  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc reporting and presenting the data to make it easy to interpret

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with an HR or Recruitment system (preferably SAP and SuccessFactors)

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills

  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
