This globally recognised investment bank are actively seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR team executive assistant to support the wider HR team on various projects.
Your new role
You will have extensive experience supporting HR administrative tasks such as recruitment and on boarding experience globally. You will be in charge of organising a high volume of travel bookings, assisting with large meetings and also diary management for the wider HR team. You may also be required to support the team with general office administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and have extremely strong communication skills. You will have previous experience working within a HR team and will understand the importance of confidentiality in this environment. You will have previous experience working within the professional services and will be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be immediately available.
