Payroll Associate

My client is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their large payroll team based in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and maintenance of high volume payrolls.
  • Assisting with detailed checking of the payroll to ensure all employess are paid accurately and on time.
  • Administration of all starters and leavers.
  • Dealing with payroll queries.
  • Writing and producing reports.
  • In due course taking on more responsibility for other tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a payroll role.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.

The company is willing to look at candidates without payroll experience, but who are passionate and driven to start a career in payroll.
