I am working with a great start up tech company based in Oxford who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

They are looking for someone who will provide recruitment support and maintain an excellent candidate experience whilst working with the Recruitment Manager and the Recruitment Lead (as well as supporting other hiring managers when required).

The duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the careers inbox and actioning accordingly

  • Having great customer service, going back to candidates with feedback and keeping them update throughout the entire process

  • Keeping the ATS system updated and accurate

  • Proofreading job descriptions, posting adverts, adding them to external job boards/ LinkedIn

  • Schedule interviews and assessments, updating both the candidate and hiring managers

  • Act as a first point of contact for all initial Recruitment questions

They are looking for someone with recruitment administration experience, someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail. They need someone who is friendly, hard working and proactive. The company are very social from month end drinks, weekly team meetings, annual party for all the UK employees and so much more.
