Temporary £100 - £150 per day

Our client a large professional services firm are looking for a payroll administrator to join their in-house payroll function. Working with a leading international organisation you will be responsible for ensuring the organisations Payroll is processes in a accurate and timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Processing the payroll from start to finish
  • Completing payroll reports, using excel and communicating these to the finance department
  • Dealing with employee queries by phone and mail in a timely fashion
  • Paying detailed attention to data in the checking process
  • Managing SSP, SMP, SPP, P45's and P60's
  • Manual calculations
  • Assist with pensions

You must have excellent working knowledge of payroll and pensions and experience in a variety of systems. You should be able to work well under pressure and manage your own work load. This is an urgent requirement and the appointed individual must be able to start within the week.
