My client, a large highly recognisable national charity has an opportunity for a Reward Officer to join their team. The role sits within the wider HR team and offers a fantastic opportunity to the right candidate to work for an organisation that prides itself on really making a difference to people in the community.
As a Reward Officer your responsibilities will include:
Supporting on the annual pay review, benchmarking and job grading
Helping to develop the reward strategy
Working on a number of reward projects throughout the year
Assisting with and developing the companies benefits offering
