Oakleaf are working with an Innovative Tech Company based in east London who are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join their growing team. This role would be supporting the recruiters in the Talent Acquisition team in London. They are looking for you to be very organised, but also enthusiastic and engaging to ensure that we maintain a high-standard candidate experience.

This role is initially on a 3 month temp contract with the view to go permanent.
What the role entails?
Scheduling interviews - liaising with candidates and hiring teams to book a slot, sending calendar invites to interviewers and confirmations to candidates, booking internal rooms
Collating and tracking candidate feedback
Keeping up-to date our company's applicant tracking system to ensure all applicants are appropriately logged throughout the recruitment process
Assisting with initial screening of CVs - sending out our initial screening email
Helping with ad hoc administrative tasks
What you need to be successful?
Very strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate confidently and concisely across all levels
Strong MS Office knowledge
Ability to manage time effectively and reprioritize at any moment
A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others
Prior experience (min 1-2 years) working in as a recruitment admin/recruitment coordinator or PA role.
