Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Oakleaf Partnership are assisting a leading insurance firm in their search for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join their team.
The role will report into the Compensation and Benefits Manager, working closely to deliver reward throughout UK and EMEA. The responsibilities of the role include:
Take an active role in the design and implementation of benefits strategy
Liaise with benefits providers
Ensure proper delivery of company benefits
Deliver analysis and reports relating to all aspects of compensation including benchmarking, executive compensation, regulations etc.
Support the annual salary review process
Support on all compensation related issues
Proactively ensure integrity of compensation and benefits data in the HR System
The ideal candidate will hold the following attributes:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working as part of a Reward function
An enthusiastic problem solver
Great attention to detail
Intermediate in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working with HR Systems
