Michael Page are seeking a Recruitment Lead for an 18 month FTC in Liverpool City Centre. The role will focus on volume recruitment campaigns, in a busy resourcing function.
This is an exciting time to join our client's team as they seek to transform HR services. As such they are looking for a creative Recruitment specialist who will bring a fresh approach and is willing to challenge existing methods and ways of working.
The Recruitment Lead will lead and develop a team of internal recruiters who are responsible for recruiting volume campaigns for front line customer facing services. The successful applicant will review processes, implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive direct recruitment. Additionally the post holder will partner the HR team and business to develop recruitment process efficiencies, and create an excellent candidate journey. As Recruitment Lead you will drive recruitment attraction initiatives. Our client requires someone with a creative edge who can challenge existing ways of working and bring new and innovative approaches to how they recruit.
What you'll need to succeed;
Previous experience of managing an internal recruitment team within a multi-sited business is essential. You must have strong recruitment process management, people management and stakeholder relationship skills. You will also be able to demonstrate success in managing recruitment projects, and in developing and implementing continuous improvement ideas. Experience managing volume recruitment campaigns is essential.
