MBA Recruitment Coordinator

A top international Management Consultancy based in Central London are looking for a MBA recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the team Lead, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the development of the MBA recruiting strategy

  • All applications being entered into the recruiting database

  • Coordinating and supporting the CV screening process

  • Managing logistics for interview days

  • Facilitating the smooth-running of interview days including scheduling, selecting interviewers running schedules etc.

  • Organizing and supporting regular recruitment meetings

  • Coordinating the marketing/on-campus operations across all priority schools

  • Coordinating intern programs and planning programs agenda, logistics etc.

  • Ensuring efficient turnaround on all candidate interactions and requests

  • Working collaboratively with other recruiting channels

  • Working with relevant parties to onboard and integrate new hires

  • Supporting ad hoc project work

As the MBA Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Genuine interest in recruitment

  • Strong academics, ideally to degree level

  • Experience working within a Professional Services environment, ideally within recruitment

  • Strong computer skills
