MBA Recruitment Coordinator
A top international Management Consultancy based in Central London are looking for a MBA recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the team Lead, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Supporting the development of the MBA recruiting strategy
All applications being entered into the recruiting database
Coordinating and supporting the CV screening process
Managing logistics for interview days
Facilitating the smooth-running of interview days including scheduling, selecting interviewers running schedules etc.
Organizing and supporting regular recruitment meetings
Coordinating the marketing/on-campus operations across all priority schools
Coordinating intern programs and planning programs agenda, logistics etc.
Ensuring efficient turnaround on all candidate interactions and requests
Working collaboratively with other recruiting channels
Working with relevant parties to onboard and integrate new hires
Supporting ad hoc project work
As the MBA Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Genuine interest in recruitment
Strong academics, ideally to degree level
Experience working within a Professional Services environment, ideally within recruitment
Strong computer skills
