Graduate Recruitment Coordinator - Legal

A leading and global Law firm based in London are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing general operational support to the Graduate Recruitment team

  • Dealing with day-to-day recruitment queries from prospective candidates and Partners as well as daily interaction with HR admin team

  • Supporting the Graduate Recruitment Specialist with the organization and running of vacation schemes etc.

  • Organizing and running events as part of on campus strategy

  • Attending on-campus events, including law fairs, skills events and presentations

  • Owning and driving key university relationships for

  • Screening online applications

  • Running assessment days during interview seasons

  • Responsibility for driving forward social media activities

As the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Excellent organization, analytical and administration skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Flexible approach to work, as travel will be required

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Previous recruitment experience

  • Competency using Microsoft office
