You will be working for an education charity located in Central London.
Your new role
As HR Coordinator you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager and be responsible for all end to end generalist administration. This will include: drafting and issuing all new joiner paperwork, carrying out necessary pre-employment checks, right to work and references, supporting with end to end recruitment and general HR Administration. You will also be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of payroll administration. You will also be required to advise line managers on policies and procedures to managers across the organisation. This is an interim HR position for a period of 4-8 weeks paying £14-16p/h.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to demonstrate generalist administration experience. You will also have a track record of supporting organisations proactively in a timely manner. As an individual you will demonstrate a good attitude and excellent HR experience. You will be required to start on the 29th April 2019, interviews will take place week commencing 22nd April so you must be immediately available.
