Your new role
Reporting into a Director of Talent, you will be starting in a newly established role with close links to Learning & Development and the wider HR team. Your overarching responsibility will be to shape and develop talent management, ensuring managers are equipped with the best tools and knowledge to build on a high performing culture and engaged workforce. You will use your expertise in talent and resourcing to oversee succession planning, talent pipelines and identify skills gaps, in addition to delivering improved performance management processes and retention methods. Working collaboratively with others, you will ensure you identify talent challenges and work strategically to scope out future needs whilst using key metrics to support decision making. It will also be your role to design and implement the new Talent strategy!
What you'll need to succeed
Your strengths will include succession planning and talent management with key emphasis on performance management and leadership development. You will be solutions orientated, commercially astute and determined with the ability to engage and motivate.
