Onsite Hybrid Recruiter

My client is one of the leading suppliers of RPO recruitment services in the world. They work together in partnerships with some of the biggest companies both in the FTSE 100 and also globally.

They now have an opportunity available for a Hybrid Recruiter to join one of their most successful accounts.

The opportunity will be to join a well-known Asset Manager to recruit for Finance vacancies on both a permanent and FTC basis consisting of entry level through to senior level hires. This is a hybrid role meaning that the successful candidate will demonstrate a mixture of both direct sourcing and agency usage to attract the right talent to the business.

We are looking for candidates that have previously recruited Finance roles within Financial Services. You will understand the market and will also have an existing network of contacts/candidates. You will also have a consultative approach to working with stakeholders.

You must also be first class at utilising direct sourcing methods both through social media, online advertising and networking. You will also have superb relationship building skills and be able to work closely with the agencies on the company PSL to enable them to deliver suitable candidates for the business. In addition, you will be highly motivated, have high energy levels and possess top class communication skills.

This is the perfect role for an Agency recruiter that recruits Finance roles into Financial Services to make their first step into onsite recruitment.


  • Previous Finance recruitment within Financial Services
  • Longevity in current/prior roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • 3 years + recruitment agency or in house experience
  • Able to build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels of a business
  • Good Financial Services/Investment Banking market knowledge
  • Well networked
