This organisation provides support and a range of services for one of our leading national organisations . They are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team
Your new role
Providing end to end HR Administration for the Group,as a member of the HR Advice team you will assist the HR team in providing advice, guidance and support to employees across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination. You will be the custodian of all HR personnel files, ensuring that the documents held and processed by the HR department either in hard-copy format or soft-copy format is done so in an accurate, timely and complete manner and in accordance with the prevailing laws on Data Protection. You will work closely with the Payroll team to ensure correct payments to employees.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience of working with people in a customer service environment and would have managed a varied workload with fixed deadlines. Previous experience in a HR team using HR Information Systems is essential along with strong administration skills
