Interim Learning Transformation role, global company

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this global hospitality company for an interim Learning Transformation Project Manager to deliver business change. Working in a collaborative team you will be playing a vital part assisting with the transformation of their learning programmes. You will be focused on ensuring key deliverables are deployed in line and to budget.

Location: Edinburgh or London (in order of preference)

Working collaboratively with the project team, accountabilities include:

  • Planning current and future project phases, identifying and solving any issues which may come up
  • Leading the team to deliver against project timelines
  • Establishing clear governance models, using this to drive decisions and outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with the stakeholders, utilising your influencing skills to ensure successful delivery of the project

Skills and experience

  • Must have experience of delivering HR projects within a matrix environment
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of driving change and transformation to successful outcomes
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and provide insights
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
