Senior Tech Recruiter

Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading management consulting business on a Senior Tech Recruiter vacancy. This will be a 12 month FTC initially based in their offices in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Identifying, proactively sourcing, cultivating, assessing, and managing high quality candidates through the full candidate lifecycle

  • Managing key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; building a deep understanding of

the business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles

  • Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles and drive improvements in time to hire

  • Articulating and presenting DigitalBCG and the candidate value proposition in appropriate talent

markets;

  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems to actively track, manage and report candidate pipelines

  • Reviewing key metrics and performance measures and making recommendations for enhancement

  • Embedding global best practices and drive operational effectiveness through process improvement and ongoing coaching and mentoring of key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be/have:

* 5 years + of structured candidate sourcing experience gained in a global environment hiring digital

and tech talent

* Experience building peer-like relationships with stakeholders through a dedicated focus on client

service and delivery;

* Identifying and engaging top tech & digital talent

* Experience managing multiple searches and competing demands through strong project

management and prioritization skills;

* Able to build deep knowledge and insight on candidate pools in complex sector/functional topics;

* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills;

* Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, judgment, and communication/advisory skills;

* Strategic and forward thinking and solid influencing skills;

* Naturally proactive, quality driven and an ownership mentality;

* Agile and effective in a fast paced continuous improvement role and culture;

* Identifies best practice in process management and drives operational effectiveness;

* Strong academic credentials; Bachelors' degree required, an MBA or other relevant graduate

degree is desirable but not required;

* Fluent in English, other language fluency desirable
