Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exclusive basis with a leading Luxury brand based in West London. Our prestigious client is looking to hire a Reward Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid total reward background with an excellent business acumen and ability to face off to senior stakeholders. A retail background would be advantageous but not essential. As Reward Manager you will be expected to contribute to the strategic direction of the reward agenda as well as execute at an operational level. This is a newly created role within the organisation, and to some extent, the role will be shaped around your background and strengths. You will be joining a high performing, fast paced organisation. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage and deliver on sometimes conflicting priorities/projects with senior stakeholders and operate autonomously as well as part of a wider function.
