Reporting into the European Compensation and Benefits Manager your responsibilities will include:
Managing the year end process, salary benchmarking, bonus calculations and equity plans
Working with external consultants to understand market trends and ensuring the company is providing a competitive offering
Supporting with annual benefits renewals and working closely with brokers
Managing auto enrolment and working closely with pension providers
