A rapidly growing boutique Management Consultancy that specialise in the healthcare industry and are currently diversifying their sector experience.
Your new role
You will manage all aspects of the firms HR offerings across generalist HR, Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment & Development for the firm. You will be a hands-on HR Business Partner, in a role that will be both operational & strategic. You will work on developing the firms people strategy, through to rolling this strategy out to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have professional or financial services experience. You will have the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced role in a forward-thinking organisation. You will have the ability to work independently and problem solve.
