My client are a fast paced and evolving business who operate in domestic and European markets. Having recently gone through a change in leadership they are currently going through a period of transformation. Based near Wakefield in Yorkshire they are easily accessible from both the M62 and M18.


The Talent Acquisition Manager role will:

  • Lead direct sourcing campaigns
  • Manage the agency relationships and spend
  • Evolve the direct sourcing strategy by looking at the careers website, EVP and candidate experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Graduate Talent pipelines
  • Review Employer Branding Proposition and careers website


To be successful in the Talent Acquisition Manager role you will:

  • Have significant experience in the full recruitment cycle
  • Experience of graduate hiring
  • Strong communication skills and process planning
  • Ideally managed a team

Job Offer

The client is looking to operate on a fixed term contract but may consider day rate for the right person
