HR Shared Services and Payroll Manager
This is an opportunity for a HR Shared Services Manager to lead a large, multi-disciplinary team; for a hugely exciting business executing UK wide projects.
Your role is vital to ensuring that HR services are delivered in a customer centric manner. Managing teams who specialise in Shared Services and Payroll, you will coach your teams in delivering to high standards within a busy environment.
As part of a much larger HR function, you will ensure that processes are fit for purpose and liaise with relevant stakeholders including HR Business Partners and divisional managers. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will contribute to and lead wider HR projects.
Based in central Birmingham with numerous commuter links, this is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded HR Shared Services and Payroll Manager.
We are looking for:
Prior experience working in a large HR Shared Service function.
Direct line management experience with the ability to coach and mentor
Functional Payroll knowledge; including payroll legislation and compliance, understanding of RTI, Pension Auto-enrolment and the full annual pay cycle, Reward and Benefits, taxation and law.
Ability to identify and implement improvements to processes in both HRSS and Payroll
Ability to ensure delivery of HR services in line with SLAs
