Hays HR are recruiting for a HR Officer to join a successful Manufacturer based in Carmarthen.
Your new role
You will provide full support to the HR Manager and the wider Senior Management Team in regards to; Recruitment and selection, disciplinary,grievance,employment law and employee relations. You will have full responsibility for the learning and development cycle,identify and address any training requirements throughout the business. You will work closely with external training providers and then coordinate diaries internally. Maintain at all times a comprehensive training and development record system for all employees. The key point of contact on site for all onsite training enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
For this HR Advisor role, you will have all round generalist HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment. A CIPD or relevant HR qualification is desirable. You will be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships. You will be organised, well able to multi-task and meet deadlines. You will enjoy working in a busy environment, and have a proactive approach in order to drive business developments. Excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of HR systems are essential for the role.
